Slawka G. Scarso is a Lecturer and Author of numerous publications, spanning communication and fiction. In the field of communication, she specialises in the areas of culture, food and wine. Having graduated at Università LUISS, she lectures in a range of masters, including Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, IUSVE in Venice, Università di Scienze Enogastronomiche in Bra and Università Cattolica di Milano. She is based in Milan and Rome.
