Jacek Ludwig Scarso (PhD) is Reader in Art & Performance at London Metropolitan University, where he directs the MA Public Art & Performative Practices, is Deputy Director of CREATURE (Research Centre in Creative Arts, Cultures and Engagement) and is University Teaching Fellow. As an artist, curator and academic, his projects have been presented worldwide, including Tate Modern, Museo Macro, the Science Museum and the British Council in Hong Kong. He is Trustee for The Line, London's first dedicated Public Art Walk; Research Associate for Museo Spazio Pubblico in Bologna and Member of the British Art Network and of the Steering Committee of the global initiative Public Space Academy.
